Abstract

Operational cost of transportation route by Air Salobar on Ambon City is a cost incurred by public transport entrepreneurs in running the business operation, while achieving the goal of safe transportation desires, comfortable, economical and smooth , need to pay attention to the condition of the existing public transportation that operates at the route. Especially services that are considered very meggangu the city transport service users as well as in Indonesia today , and in particular Ambon city transport routes Mardika’s Terminal – Air Salobar. So it’s it is precisely when reviewing how service levels to be very low right now. So that needs to be revisited once the city transport fares set by the government and compared to public transportation operating costs to be incurred by the manager of public transportation to take a step back calculation. Public transportation cost calculations are calculated based on the calculation of fixed and variable costs. For variable costs consisting of fuel costs, the cost of lubricating oil, tire usage costs , driver wages and repair costs. Vehicle operating costs per passenger per trip Mardika’s Terminal – Air Salobar IDR 2000 of the calculation results, obtained vehicle operating costs per passenger per trip is greater than revenue means businesses operate vehicles transport on this route loss.

Abstract

This work prepared a framework for an object-oriented urban terrain hydrological response model, and was meant to work in conjunction with the preparatory module for urban terrain data capturing, prepared in previous work. This framework engages five classes of object namely terrain cell, clock, precipitation, neighbor identifier and terrain platform. Based on the framework, an object-oriented prototypical model was constructed in MS-Excel environment to demonstrate the workability of the framework. Applying the model on an exemplar case shows that the module mimics well the hydrological response of the terrain and ca accurately replicate the surface run-off response of the terrain. The degree of accuracy was shown to be 95,15% just for a 9 cells modeling. Engaging terrain cells in greater number can yield more accurate results.

Abstract

The high volume traffic that passing through the bundaran PU road caused the meeting of solid vehicles from different direction of street caused the vehicles build up on each direction of road in the morning, afternoon, or evening. The build up of vehicles due to the large number of vehicles that pass on it. therefore the research on these roads has been conducted. In this study, the survey of vehicle volume, the survey of side barriers, and also the survey of the road geometry then analyzed using the calculation Metod of the Indonesian Highway Capacity Manual (MKJI,1997) has been done. Based on the analysis, the maximum volume on Bundaran PU road is 1564.5 SMP/hour with the side barriers 200 m/ hour at busy time on Bundaran PU road is 487.7 SMP/hour. The degree of saturation (DS) on the bundaran PU road based on calculation is 0.80. the level of road service on Bundaran PU road is at D level.

Abstract

Composite plan assumes that steel and concrete collaborating in bearing the working burden; this will result in a more economical profile design. Besides, the composite structure also has several advantages, such as stronger and more rigid than the non-composite structure. To ensure coherency between the concrete and steel beams, it must be installed a shear connector device on the steel that connected with concrete. The purpose of this study was to determine which shear connector’s strength is stronger; especially the Stud type shear connector with steel quality of 305,17 MPa and the L type shear connector with steel quality of 406,10 MPa. Specimens used were steel-concrete composite with a length of 200 mm, width 164 mm and height of 280 mm with the quality of two types of concrete quality which are 17 MPa and 20 MPa, the composite specimens using two types of shear connector, which are Stud type shear connector and L type shear connector. Concrete mixture planning refers to SK SNI T-15-1990-03. Result of this study shows that stud type shear connector form strongly resists the shear of a steel composite as much as 26,50 KN for concrete quality of 17 MPa and 33,83 KN for concrete quality of 20 MPa.

Abstract

Water is an important natural resource for human needs one of them in agriculture . Village Community Besmarak mostly farmers who use wells as the main source of water . How to water provision applied by the villagers of Besmarak not effective , efficient and the results are uneven . The drip irrigation system is one of the alternatives in resolving the matter. The drip irrigation system is the provision of water to the plant continuously around the root zone of plants . The main components in a drip irrigation system is the emitter (dropper) , lateral pipes , pipe divider , main pipes , water pumps , and other ancillary components. In planning a drip irrigation system in the village Besmarak , plants in the review is the tomato plant. Value of reference evapotranspiration (ETo) was calculated with the program cropwat 8.0 ranged from 4.32 to 7.47 mm/day and the value of crop evapotranspiration (ETc) ranged from 2.97 to 6.89 mm/day . Effective precipitation ranged from 0 to 63.2 mm/month . Discharge emitters are selected to meet the water needs of the plant is 4 l/ h and substantial rate of droplet emitternya ie 11,428 mm/hour . Based on calculations of power pumps used to lift water to land is 0.5 kW.

Abstract

Poor land use management systems and transportation management systems nowadays more visible in various areas in the East often lead to complicated problems. One segment of Timor Raya street is often jammed in Oesao Market area, this happens because of the many traders who trade on the curb lane to the shoulder of the road . In addition the number of vehicles parked on the shoulder of the road further aggravate the condition of the road especially at busy times. From the results of the analysis indicate that the side friction road values were very high at 3998.60 events caused by the presence of market activity in the left and right side of the road, too many parked vehicles and pedestrian which is reducing the effective width of the road that directly affect the performance of the road itself . This problem caused actual speed at the road segment becoming increasingly low at 23,49 km/h with average travel time of 0.0125 hours . The results of analysis show that the level of service is at grade E. The biggest factor that is very influential in determining the level of service at the location is the market activity at the sides of the which increase the side friction

Abstract

The roads is the most important land transportation in running all the economic activities with the other social activities, in case of road damages may gummed up the works of economic activities with the others social activity also may cause the road accident for the other road users. This research was aimed to find out the types of damage, the causal factor and the solution to prevent the road corruptness in W. J. Lalamentik street and in GOR Flobamora street. The kind of method used was field research by make use primary data of the road damage survey result in W. J. Lalamentik street dan GOR Flobamora street. The result survey of road damage in W. J. Lalamentik street dan the road in GOR Flobamora street were longitudinal cracks, transverse cracks, alligator cracks, edge cracking, meandering cracks, block cracks, corrugation, bleeding, delamination, potholes, patching. Generally causal factors of road damage are the increasing of traffic load volume, unwell drainage, unwell materials construction, climate ustable land condition, very thin ossification layer planning, the processing work that inappropriate with the specification. Based on the analysis result on the road damage happened in the field then the reparation action can be done with the per segment reparation action.

Abstract

National Program for Community Empowerment (PNPM Mandiri) that have been implemented in the city of Ambon since 2007, is believed to have contributed greatly to the city government in reducing poverty and improving social welfare. But one of the problems that a lot happening in the field is the delay in the completion of physical work on PNPM Urban city of Ambon, which is not optimal impact on the work and impeding the implementation of PNPM Mandiri, especially in terms of physical work completion PNPM Mandiri. This study aims to analyze the factors that cause delays in the completion of the physical work on the project in the city of Ambon PNPM Mandiri. The analysis was performed on the questionnaire respondents were represented from all parties involved in the project, namely PNPM employer / government (the owner), executing the work / community directly (KSM) and the executive supervisor jobs / employment coordinator (BKM). Performed with SPSS data processing and concluded that the factors that influence the occurrence of delays in completion of the work is the physical aspect Inspection Systems, Control and Evaluation of Work (X5), reporting on the indicators work slow and incomplete, with the percentage of agreement value of the intensity scale and the scale of determine respectively are: intensity scale (BKM 93%; KSM 97%; owners 95%) and determine the scale (BKM 96%; KSM 98%, owner 96%).
